i appreciated the manager, karyn, allowed early bag drop. i got recommendations for nearby restaurants. the room was comfortable, providing all essentials and offering extra tea and coffee. the location is excellent, very quiet yet close to cafes.
sound insulation was NOT great, i could hear noises.

great touches in a lovely location

i found a coffee machine with different milks, teas, and treats and liked it a lot. water bottles by the bed were great after my flight. the bed felt very comfortable and the pillows were soft. i also liked special touches like that.
the hot water sometimes changed quickly from hot to really hot while i was washing. also, the room felt a bit crowded because of the furniture. it wasn't a big problem, just a small thing.

self check in made arrival flexible and easy for me. i liked the wee selection of drinks they had to enjoy at night. in the morning, they had beautiful incense lit, and it really added to the atmosphere.

the location was really convenient! it was close to shops and restaurants. the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable! the check-in system was very convenient.
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear a lot of noise from outside.

the location suited me well. it was an easy walk to the gardens. the room had a welcome pack, a nice touch after a long day.. it included treats.
i found the sound insulation to be poor. i could hear the wind because of the single glazing. there was a massive gap under the door, so i heard everything in the hallway.

Not so delighted by beautiful room
bad insulationshower temperature
This room was named Beautiful King Room, but I think it needs improvements. The sound insulation was really bad. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms, so sleeping was difficult. the shower temperature was variable, so the water got too hot or cold. I was not so happy about this stay.
